If you have any questions or are experiencing any issues regarding your purchase, please contact us via email and we will assist you immediately. We will try our very best to respond within 1 to 3 working days. Thank you for choosing Hanarii.

RETURN POLICY

Once your item is delivered, please inspect it immediately. Notify us via email as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with its condition.

You can apply for return & refund within 7 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused.

Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Items

If we have made a mistake on our end (i.e. wrong size or colour), we will send you a replacement or offer a full refund.

If your product is damaged, defective or faulty on arrival, please notify us within 7 days after the date of delivery.

Please provide your order confirmation number and plenty of evidence to support your claim, such as photographs or videos clearly displaying the problem(s) or the damaged area of the item(s). We will reply to you via email within 1 to 2 working days.

If the return request is not due to the quality of the product, then the shipping fees and customs charges will be borne by customers. Please note that the following are NOT considered quality issues:

1. loose threads, burrs, thickness, feel, and/or differences in colour from the display photos online;
2. being unsatisfied with the style and/or colour, and changes in personal taste and preferences;
3. damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors;
4. sizing issues for clothing (please check our size guide and detailed measurements on our product pages)

Refund Exceptions

Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be refunded.

Sleepwear and lingerie, unless they are damaged or faulty, cannot be returned or refunded once worn due to hygiene reasons.

You can return sleepwear and lingerie as long as the product has not been worn and packaging has not been damaged.

Late Deliveries

We sincerely ask for your understanding that, as a small business, any delayed deliveries are not within our control.

Once your order is shipped, we are also at the mercy of our delivery companies... Therefore, we cannot possibly guarantee your delivery day, or be in control of any unforeseen circumstances (e.g. time for import custom clearances). We sincerely apologise again for the inconvience.

You may also experience delays during high-demand seasons. Some countries and destinations may also take longer to deliver than others.

However, if you haven't received your order after 60 days, we will issue you a full refund.

Please refrain from contacting us via social media platforms, where there is a higher chance that we could miss your correspondence and you may also be divulging personal or private information.

Edit or Cancel Your Order

For non-shipped orders
If your order has not been dispatched, and you have a change of mind for a different product, colour, style or size, please contact us immediately and we can swap it for you. (as long as it is in stock). You can also cancel your order within 4 hours or as long as the products has not been dispatched.

For shipped orders
If your order has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled and items cannot be changed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that you fill in your shipping address and information correctly, otherwise your package may be returned to us by the courier without explanation or refund.

Any order that is not successfully delivered due to missing or incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Address

In most cases, if your product is faulty or we have made a mistake, there is no need to return the item to us.

Any address on the package will NOT be accepted as a return address.

Packages sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or validated. Please kindly contact info@hanarii.com to obtain the correct return address before sending your return package.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to the goods that are being returned to us by the customer.

RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING
Please kindly use a tracked postage service for your returned goods, or at least send us a photo of the receipt and the parcel after you have posted. We will be in touch with you once your returned item is received.

We are not liable for any lost goods that are being returned to us by the customer. We will not issue a refund if we have not received the item.

Your Refund

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package and after checking the product’s condition. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3-15 business days.

Buyer Protection

Our Buyer Protection starts on the day you placed your order and lasts up to 60 days.

You can get a refund if (1) the item you received is incorrect, (2) the item you received is not as described, (3) the item you received is damaged or non-functional, or (4) you've not received your items by the end of a 60-day period to no fault of your own.
