Sleepwear

1) turn the garment inside out before washing,
2) machine-wash with a gentle cycle and cool water temperature (30ºC or below works best),
3) wash using a mild detergent,
4) wash with similar colours is recommended,
5) avoid using bleach as this can damage the pattern and the material,
6) iron the garment inside out on a low heat setting.

Printed clothing
For most, if not all of our printed apparel, it is advised to

1) turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the print
2) machine-wash with a gentle cycle and cooler water temperature (30ºC works best),
3) wash using a mild detergent,
4) wash with similar colours to prevent dye transfer,
5) avoid using bleach or fabric softener as these can damage the print
6) avoid tumble drying as the heat can damage the print
7) iron the garment inside out on a low heat setting to avoid melting the print.

Embroidered clothing and blankets

1) hand wash the item if possible,
2) turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the embroidery,
3) for machine-wash, please use a gentle cycle and cooler water temperature,
4) wash using a mild detergent,
5) avoid using bleach or fabric softener,
6) always hang dry and avoid tumble drying as the heat can damage the print
7) iron the garment inside out on a low heat setting to avoid damage.

Delicate items or Chiffon
If the item is delicate, please consider hand washing them. Read the care label for washing instructions. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to process your orders. Processing time may be longer during high-demand seasons.

Our estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 10 working days, although this is varied depending on your destination.

Once your item is delivered, please inspect it immediately. Notify us via email as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with its condition.

If your product is damaged, defective or faulty on arrival, please notify us within 7 days after the date of delivery.

Please note that the following are NOT considered quality issues:

1. loose threads, burrs, thickness, feel, and/or differences in colour from the display photos online;
2. being unsatisfied with the style and/or colour, and changes in personal taste and preferences;
3. damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors;
4. sizing issues for clothing
