Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: Our processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Some of our products are made to order so might take up to 5 business days. 
* Processing time may be longer due to a number of reasons: shortage of staff due to illness or absences during holiday seasons, extreme weather conditions, supply chain issues or any unforeseeable incidents.

Please only notify us when you have not received your parcel after 40 days via email, if you have not received your parcel after 90 days or your parcel is lost, we will of course issue you a full refund. Kindly refrain from attempting to reach us on social media platforms, as they are not being monitored regularly.
